API view/filter by content moderation status

Moderation Status is hidden to API

Using any of the available API modules (I'm using graphQL) try to query for the content moderation status. It returns all null entities.

Grant public view access to the ContentModeration entity.

Optionally define new permission to restrict/grant with more granularity.

Make Content Moderation Status available to API queries and filters.
