Simplytest.me shows warnings on during and after install

Problem/Motivation

During install, Drupal warns there is no opcode cache available, and the user has to make a decision to proceed in spite of that fact.

After install, if the user visits the status report, they are shown the following 3 warnings:

https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2020-08-03/Screenshot_20200803-04224...

(Apologies for not embedding, this is written on a mobile device).

I think the most important warning to fix is the opcode cache warning, as this is shown during manual install and may deter adopters.

However it should be possible to fix the other two warnings by setting file permissions and automatically running Cron after the install process. If this is more involved it could be spoitnto a separate issue .

Steps to reproduce

Manually install Drupal 9.0.2 on simplytest.me.

Proposed resolution

Enable opcode cache
Set file permissions correctly
Run cron
