Add header and footer in the csv export views

add a header and footer in the csv export

Hi! I need to add a header and footer in the csv export views. In export views this is not possible. I have seen that with Drupal 7, in this module you could overwrite twig templates but now in drupal 8 it is not possible. Any solution? Thanks
