Working with this module, I have encountered an issue where the "Link to content" box with a node title field is replaced - not appended - with the header dropdown upon changing the Formatter to "Header".
For linking to content, such as having more granular control over the heading level on a rendered display mode, having that functionality restored or appended to the Heading level would be perfect.
