Open a 8.x-1.x branch to provide Kint functionality for D8 now that Devel has dropped out-of-the-box support for Kint

Now that Devel 4 has been released, the out-of-the-box support for Kint has been dropped. For PHP it's only a suggestion that then can be configured, but the Twig support has completely been dropped, see https://gitlab.com/drupalspoons/devel/-/issues/320.

This is quite a sad situation that could be solved by creating a 8.x-1.x branch from here again to preserve the Devel 2 functionality. Foremost to provide a Twig extension that provides a {{ kint() }} alias and maybe also provide a PHP function similar to ksm() to pretty-prints variables with Kint out of the box. Maybe kim() for Kint Message.
