Performance improvement for getting last reaction of anonymous users that only use cookie detection.

At the moment there is always a database query for getting the last reaction of anonymous users that only use the cookie detection method. I think that's a bit of overhead as it should be sufficent to check if there is an entry in the session for that specific reaction and only make the database query if there is a session entry.
