Score is not scoring

I added quiz with Quiz feedbacks: 0-19, 20-39, etc
And added multichoice five quiestions with options: Simple scoring, Shuffle answers.
Four answers with score if right: 0, 5, 8, 10.
Take a quiz.
I make different answers.
And have only one score and feedback - 0.
