'simple popup views' is not working with the ajax exposed filter.

There is a problem with the ajax exposed filter. when ajax filter is run then popup is not opening.

I'm not sure what happened to my previous post but I'll try again.
Thank you for this thread. I was thinking that this should be incorporated to the module itself as it's a pure improvement.
I've attached the patch file for this to apply it in composer.
