As a product manager, I'd like to understand the ecosystem of contributed modules used by my customers, including version information. This will help me know which modules to support and test.
Description
It would be very valuable to know the list of all enabled contributed modules and their versions, not just Acquia modules. We don't have any need for knowing about custom modules. I'd suggest modifying getExtensionInfo() such that it does not return only Acquia modules.
