Webform Save + add element is not working

Webform save + add element button is not working.

After clicked on save+add element button. Add element pop up is not coming.
It was working fine for below version.

This reappears in 6.2.9 where the Save + Add Element stops working. It works the same way as the Save button but doesn't reopen the dialog window panel.

Is anyone else seeing this? Are you able to user bisect to figure out which commit broke it?
