Rebuild css files after updating entity

At the moment when you make some changes to an existing background image entity de css files doesn't rebuild.
Only after clearing the full cache the changes will be applied and become visible.

Example.
Setting the Blur option from none to something else wouldn't apply directly. Only after clearing the full cache like described above.
