Fix the module for Drupal 8.8 and greater

Problem/Motivation

Made some progress with porting the module to Drupal 8.8 or greater. Went ahead and committed/pushed work into 3.0.x branch for semantic versioning.

The exposed options form tabledrag needs work based on some refactoring and the actual exposed form alter needs to be completed for the module to actually work.

Tests have been somewhat ported, but are broken.

Proposed resolution

  • Fix exposed operator usage and refactor exposedFormAlter()
  • Fix Views Admin User Interface including table drag in expsoedOptionsForm
