Not All Files Uploaded on Multiple Uploads

Given the last comment, I'm moving this to a support request rather than a bug.

It would be good if others experiencing the issue could try the workaround noted in #8 and report if it fixes their issue. I'll leave this postponed for now to see if anyone reports back.
