In #3145386: Update Rector bot patch comment to make clear the bot will not run if the issue is closed → we added expanded comments for patches created by the rector-bot.
but there is still some confusion around some weirdness in the patches.
There are some potential problems with the patches that we could warn users about. Checking all the patches before hand would defeat the purpose of posting them with a bot.
Probably the drupal-rector folks would know more about the patches then me(tedbow)
