Issue when hovering the button (image)

This is on Drupal 9.0.0.

When hovering the button (image), the text "scroll_title" is showing. That is not the intention, I'm afraid.

In fact it's the variable name that is showing instead of the variable contents as expected.

There's definitely something wrong with the code.
