Why project has been pushed to the main Packagist instead of the Drupal one?
If it should be in the main Packagist, why does it point to the Drupal run repo, instead of the Github one?
Fix Packagist by either updating the sync script or by switching to the Github repo

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Ok, https://github.com/pfrenssen/coder has been stable for a couple of years, so I think we can risk it to use as source for Coder on packagist again. That should help people that have composer install problems when a git checkout from drupal.org was used. Now it should use Github zipballs again.
I also sent a message to pfrenssen on Drupal Slack to never delete the repository as I did :-D
