Email-to address set as component - to and from options not migrated

In D7 when the "E-mail to address" is set as "component", the following fields *email_mapping* and *from_address_mapping* options are not being migrated to D8.

Sort of related to: 🐛 Default handlers being set incorrectly on buildEmailHandlers RTBC , we at least both of these patches touch similar code.
