Greetings, i have PHP 7.3.10-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1, but at installation Drupal say that i must have at minimum PHP 7.3. But i have it.

Think this could be closed a duplicate of #3272275: Decide what to say very early in the installer if the site is below the absolute minimum → . Seems now it's pointing to the drupal docs about which php requirement is needed vs hardcoding a specific value.

Thoughts?
