Moving to project analysis where the code lives now.
Many project are closing issues for the Rector when there might be more fixes for the bot to do.

We should make it clear that leaving the issue open even after the current patch is committed will allow the bot to provide more fixes if rector adds support for more deprecations.
We might want to change the message depending on whether the patch has changes to the info.yml file
