I have added the text of the README to the new branch. We can now fix this issue.

I'm reopening this issue, since the text in the readme file is just the content of some (in my opinion stupid) template, that doesn't provide any meaningful information to anyone.

As a result, we now have a project main page at https://www.drupal.org/project/helpdesk_integration → that isn't telling what the module does.

I think we need to take the time to write a good description of what the purpose of this module is. The related issues are providing some first attempts of content that I believe is telling something.

What we DON'T need in the readme is download and installation instructions.

I've now provided a readme file that's also used for the project's main page, which explains the purpose of the module and how to use it.
