Third party JS elements on page can prevent Floating block to work properly

The floating block functionality was working okey, but I tried to add a block with an adsense code snipet in my sidebar, however it stopped working after that, I have to remove my adsense block in order to the floating block to work, I think this is an issue

    I think the respective adsense blcok is doing something to the overall JS situation which prevents Floating block from doing its job. Wiht further details there is nothing anyone can do. Due to inactivity and lack of additional information still missing and EOL of Drupal 7 soon, I assume this issue as outdated.

    If somebody has an idea how to put Floating block generally in a more save state not being too allergic/infectious against other JS on page, feel free to reopen and post solutions. ONe starting point could be to more unique in the way selectors get triggered.
