The automated issue created in my project says:
> If this issue is left open(status of Active, Needs Review or Needs work) and the "RectorAutoPatches" tag is left on this issue, new patches will be posted periodically if new deprecations are needed.
That wording implies that the 'RectorAutoPatches' is added to the issue when it's created, and that if I leave it there, new patches will be posted.
But the issue doesn't have the 'RectorAutoPatches' tag, and never did! It has 'ProjectUpdateBotD9' and 'Drupal 9 compatibility'.
