Link terms to individual target url

Hello,

I recently installed this module on my website and it works great. Thank you!
I was wondering how it would be possible to link each term in the hierarachy to a separate target url, not the term page.
The use case is in the context of a location search. I have location pages for country, state and city (e.g. USA, Florida, Miami). On my "Miami" location page (locations/miami) I display the hierarchy (only parents) --> USA >> Florida. I would like to link these terms to there own location pages (location page "USA" and location page "Florida").
Hope this is understandable.

Is this something that can be done?
