Update jQuery UI project pages to include a link to jQuery UI Datepicker

Problem/Motivation

The Webform module still offers the ability to use the jQuery UI Datepicker which allows site builders to chose exactly what date format is presented to an end-user with the same look-n-feel across all browsers.

Proposed resolution

Create jQuery UI Datepicker project → and update jQuery UI project pages to include a link to jQuery UI Datepicker.
