When using the module, I can access drupal through nginx with a basic auth authentication. So the nodes are showing and all the pages as well, but it is impossible to login.
Does someone has an idea of what is happening?

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
When using basic_auth module, user authentication is happening on Drupal-level using HTTP basic authentication. So why would you want to login when you're already authenticated? It doesn't make sense.
