Show More button is displayed on last page

I'm not certain if this is an artefact of our current setup, but the Show More link is shown on the last page of the pagination. This means that when the user click on it the link does nothing and is hidden. Although this is fine, I would rather the show more link not be shown on the last page.

In order to correct this I have modified the render() function to prevent the show more link from being shown if the last page has been reached
(patch incoming).
