Chart not initializing after html is replaced by ajax

Presumably due to the deletion of the settings, the chart is not initializing after its html is replaced by ajax.
In my case i faced this issue rendering a chart inside a drupal commerce product variation that swaps out with another variation when a different attribute is selected.
Patch incoming.
