Site does not send notifications

Hi!

I have install your module, configure and try it, but I do not get any notification. Neither as Admin or anonymous user. I have try both recommended and dev version.

My site is sending emails as expected. This is on Drupal 10.1.5 with Comment Notfiy 8.x-1.x-dev. Please try again and include specific steps for recreating the issue.
