It seems that when having this module enabled AutoSKU is not working

But it would be great to either allow AutoSKU to work at the same time or allow for this module to accept tokens for creating the SKU

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I agree, I'd expect this to be using tokens, at least optionally, to generate the SKUs. The tokens should be filled from the attribute entity values.
I guess we might need this feature soon, so if that's the case, we'll provide a MR here. Otherwise also +1 for integration and token support. I guess this is the most important feature request currently.
