Override question feedback (and other pages) with Panels

I've set up a panel page and created a "URL Path" selection rule:

String: URL path
Current path is "node/%quiz_menu/take/%question_number/feedback"

However, when I visit a question feedback page, the panel page doesn't display...I still see the default Question Feedback page. I've also tried the path with wildcard (node/*/take/*/feedback)

Any help/guidance is appreciated.
