The page at https://www.drupal.org/about/9 → is very outdated now. Also its 2/3rd ads and 1/3rd useful content. We need to change that. IMHO we should structure it:
1. Use the page to introduce Drupal 9 as new assuming people are coming with no pre-requisite.
2. Have a section to segment users coming from Drupal 7.
3. Have a section to segment users coming from Drupal 8.
