On drupal 7 version information relative to ga like cid, utms, user agent was saved on order save rules, but on drupal 8 versions we are losing this information, and is very important to know from were come to the order payment.
Add a new event subscriber when an order is saved and save this information on the data field to later take this when the order is paid.
