In the "Blocks available for placement", if I choose to allow individual menus, they are listed twice. If I do select both instances of the same menu, they are recorded in the in the configuration slightly differently:
Menus:
- 'menu_block:dashboard'
- 'system_menu_block:dashboard'
If I do enable both (for a test), the Layout Builder interface shows both names, but the configuration options offered are different, one has more options (such as submenu to choose and css name).
The content of the menu (items themselves) seem to be the same.
