When using a CNAME, file uris are not url_encoded

We are using the CNAME option. When you don't use the CNAME option, the s3fs wrapper class calls getObjectUrl. However, when you do use it, it just appends the s3key (which is essentially most of the uri without s3://) to the CNAME striaght up. See https://git.drupalcode.org/project/s3fs/-/blob/48444d4625289bcead780454d...

This caused some issues with filenames that had spaces... example.

    Drupal 7 reached end of life on January 5th.

    The 7.x branches of S3FS do not have any additional planned releases.

    The requests in this issue do not appear to exist in the 8.x-3.x and newer branches.
