Drush hacked-list-projects --pipe (D8)

I needed --pipe option for drush hacked-list-projects to parse it from a script.

The patch is very similar to Drush output on a csv → for hacked 7.x-2.0-beta8 (almost identical).

Note that it would need to be rerolled if Drush 9 Commands → is commited.

Two side remarks:

  • I decided to create a new issue Instead of changing the version in issue 1665742.
    This way someone searching for a D7 and "--pipe" would still find the issue.
    But I'm not sure if this is the recommended way to go...
  • A different approach could be more like Support drush output formats (JSON, CSV etc) → (also for Drupal 7).
