/node page caching issue

We still have the same problem, to reproduce the issue use Varnish or any third-party Caching software.

Does it occur only when logged out? Or both?

I would try using this module: https://www.drupal.org/project/ape → and try excluding /node or /en/node, etc pages from cache. See if that resolves the issue.

If so, then we can implement a cache response policy on this specific route/path inside the module possibly.
