Add language to h5p

Currently the H5P don't support language
I propose to detect language from URL and add language to h5p content from Drupal language module.

I realize this issue has been open for a while. If the OP is still active, could you provide a little more information about the use case for this information? In 2.0.0-alpha6, I see lots of cases of \Drupal::languageManager()->getCurrentLanguage() being called in the Drupal module and passed to the H5P core and editor. Perhaps the current release supports the language functionality you need?
