Allow configuring block settings in homebox portlets

Currently, homebox does not support block configurations inside homebox, so, for any blocks that has extra configuratoins, cannot be configured in homebox.

    This still needs to be implemented in class HomeboxPortletTypeBlock, I left a @todo there. Would be great if someone could do that.

    We currently don't need that feature, so I won't have the time to work on this, but think it's definitely valuable.
