Problem/Motivation

Drupal Core has update to Popper.js 2.0.x #3108402: Update to Popper.js to 2.0.0 → . All modules and themes that use Popper.js 1 should be updated to provide support for Popper.js 2 to continue functioning in Drupal 9.

Proposed resolution

Provide support for Popper.js 2.0.x based on instructions in https://www.drupal.org/node/3112670 → .
