Allow taxonomy menus to contain a subset of a vocabulary tree (patch provided)

Hello folks,

I have put together a rough patch which allows Taxonomy Menu to show only a sub-set of a taxonomy vocabulary tree, by specifying the parent TID when configuring the menu.

The editor experience isn't great, since currently you have to enter a term ID rather than e.g. being able to select from a drop-down, but the attached patch at least adds this functionality.

If there's any interest in this functionality, I would be happy to have a look into adding the necessary code to allow the term selector to become a drop-down select list of the terms in the selected vocabulary.
