Content moderation field handler is not compatible with commerce_price_form_views_ui_config_item_form_alter

If the view has content moderation field (viewsfield moderation_state_field) in it commerce_price_form_views_ui_config_item_form_alter results in fatal error because the handler of the field doesn't have option 'field_name' or 'entity_field'.

I propose to check if that property is empty. The patch is attached.

Actually adjusted the tweak further from the commit related to 🐛 Undefined array key moderation_state in commerce promotion view form alter Active .
