This adds the option of using a textarea on the form (still using the short text field type).
Not sure if you want to add it to the module, but maybe the patch will help someone.

Nice idea. I'm unsure if we should perhaps add this as a separate submodule?
Could you please provide this as MR and add tests to show it's working as expected?
Furthermore I think if we're introducing this, we should add something like an ExistingValuesAutocompleteWidgetTrait instead of duplicating code.
