Problem/Motivation

I'm trying to build the docker containers manually. I'm getting following error on the build which results into the build failing:

WARNING: channel "pecl.php.net" has updated its protocols, use "pecl channel-update pecl.php.net" to update

Proposed resolution

Update pecl channel before installing dependencies.
