Often crucial information (e.g. how to securly configure a module) is in the .txt files. Users don't always look there, however.
In addition to providing help specifically formatted for advance_help, it would be great to show all README and INSTALL files all for modules installed and enabled. Even further, maybe show links for this for all modules (installed or not) from the admin/build/modules page
