Not draggable when use layout builder for a node

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Layout Builder node and add a standard section (e.g., One column) and a block within that section.
2. Create a Dynamic Layout with a row and column.
3. Add a section of your new Dynamic Layout to the Layout Builder node.
4. Attempt to drag the block from the standard section to a column in the Dynamic Layout section.

Expected Behavior

I am able to drag a block from elsewhere in my Layout Builder page into a column of my Dynamic Layout section.

Actual Behavior

None of the Dynamic Layout columns are available to drop into.

Proposed Resolution

The dynamic-layout-frontend template does not incorporate Layout Builder's default attributes for regions. These attributes include CSS classes and data- attributes that Layout Builder uses to make regions droppable. We simply need to add Dynamic Layouts' CSS classes to this existing attribute object.
