Admin Menu Links disappear based off zoom percent in browser

This might be a known issue, I tried searching was not able to find what I was experiencing.

The problem I am experiencing is some menu links are not properly showing up. Some of them will disappear if my chrome or firefox browser is zoomed in at 100%. When I zoom out to around 80% they show up again. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before.
