Add a "revert" operation on the config list

This would be a per-config item operation to reset the change back to its state in the codebase (a common use case: revert an erroneous client config change). Might be a good idea to require an additional permission for this.

This operations dropdown might have other helpful stuff in it as well, like the core-provided diff popup on the "Synchronize" tab.
