Linking a translated content (AR) through LinkIt doesn't link to the same language

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

1- Create content "A" and translate it, one English then translate it to Arabic
2- Create another Arabic content before publishing it, link a text within the WYSIWYG (Rich text editor) to the translated content "A" through LinkIt
3- Result: The text is linked to the original source language
4- Expected Result: The text should be linked to the translated content

Proposed resolution

Have a restriction language target token passed to the embedded link.
