Allow to check edit access for the original entity

For some cases, the user should not be able to create clones of entities which are not editable for that user, and the permissions depend on the entity itself, not just on the entity bundle. The obvious example is nodes and users which belong to groups. In that case, if the user creates the clone of the entity not editable by this user, the clone will also be not editable.

I suggest to add the option which will not allow to create clones of such entities.
