Confusing documentation for availability facet config

hello

i am trying to setup facet availability search. i have spent hours available at http://docs.roomify.us/bat/drupal/. i can't get it to work and my guess i am not configuring it right. maybe the confusion is type id ... since the intructions are for d7 and i am using d8 where terminology is different i can't connect the dots. so we must use type ID but what type? in the docs

both bundle types (http://docs.roomify.us/bat/drupal/type_bundles.html) and types (http://docs.roomify.us/bat/drupal/types.html) i assume these are unit types? both type types have the same name Meeting Room

so when i am trying to understand config for search api (http://docs.roomify.us/bat/drupal/search_availability.html) i can see bundle meeting room is selected in the example ... but which one is it? is it type_bundles (Type Bundles list), unit_type (Types list) or unit_bundles (unit bundles list) that is the necessary datasource for this facet?

otherwise, this module is great... just can't figure out some of the configuration. cheers

Today, BAT module it's up and running on latest D10.2
    Most of issues are fixed.
A fresher, much cleaner BAT admin menu will help you understand how it works, hopefully more documentation needed.
    More features are implemented also

BAT faces very complex and strategic used cases, as you can imagine.
Getting confident with it will require a bit more of time, probably.

BEE Hotel implemented search with availability and price on multi units.
